Tuesday
Capoeira
Designated by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage of humanity, Capoeira is a mix of dance, combat and play. It develops motor skills such as balance, strength and visual acuity, while stimulating creativity and self-confidence. Students will learn choreographies while listening to the rhythm of the berimbau, caxixi, tambourine and reco-reco.

Yellow Sweatband Club
Get ready to boogie!! This engaging group will sometimes be rowdy while singing soft sing-along styles of music class where we will stomp our feet, clap our hands, sing, and dance to classic songs loved by children, with some adult favorites thrown in. Exploring and celebrating different volumes, tempos, and different moods in music.
Thursday
Soccer
Our youth soccer program offers a fun, positive, and noncompetitive environment where children will learn the fundamentals of soccer. Our coaches use positive reinforcement to teach skills while building confidence. The focal point for this age group is for children to be comfortable with the ball by further developing soccer skills such as dribbling, shooting and the introduction of passing. Classes include partner activities to promote sharing, listening, respect and cooperation. Physical activities include dynamic exercises like moving with pace, changing directions and lateral agility. These classes will start with a warm-up, continue with skill building, and end with a small-sided scrimmage match.
Little Chefs
Little Chefs promotes, through playful and educational activities, the development of healthy habits, the pleasure of preparing meals, taking care of food, and respecting nature. Students will practice oven safety, listening and following directions, creativity, responsibility, teamwork, and measuring. All recipes are allergen-free.

Little Rookies Baseball
At Little Rookies, we believe in the power of baseball to inspire growth and support both physical and personal development. Our youth baseball program not only builds a solid foundation of proper techniques but also helps players gain self-confidence, embrace teamwork, develop sportsmanship, and understand the importance of staying active—all while having fun!
Ballet
Offered in partnership with Tutu Ballet, this class provides young students with a joyful and developmentally appropriate introduction to ballet. Through creative movement, music, and age-appropriate technique, students begin building a solid foundation for future ballet study while nurturing their creativity, coordination, and love of dance. Tutu Ballet's approach encourages a lifelong appreciation for the arts and provides an enriching early experience that supports each child's growth, whether they choose to pursue ballet more seriously in the future or simply enjoy the many benefits of movement and expression.
